How long does delivery take?
Order processing takes 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Transit takes 3–7 business days, Monday through Friday. The estimated total delivery time is 4–9 business days from the order date, including processing and transit.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free within the United States.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We ship within the United States only.
When are orders processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. The daily order cutoff is 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
How do I request a return?
Email contact@medleyfashion.com within 30 days after delivery. We will send the return instructions.
What is the return window?
30 days after delivery.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact contact@medleyfashion.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will issue a refund for the affected item to your original payment method within 10 days after receiving your order number and clear photos. You do not need to ship the item back.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 days.
Do you offer exchanges?
No.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.

No. The price on the product page is the final price, with no hidden fees.
