Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are processed the same business day; later orders are processed the next business day.

Orders are fulfilled through our international fulfillment partners and delivered by trusted national carriers.

Returns

How can I return an item?
Email contact@medleyfashion.com with your order number. Once approved, we send return instructions and the return address.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the delivery date.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. Place a new order and return the original item.

My tracking is not updating — what should I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If it does not update after that, contact us.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us as soon as possible. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will arrange reshipment.
