Track Your Order

After your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email to the email address used at checkout. That message includes your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

How to track your order

  1. Open the shipping confirmation email from Medley Fashion.
  2. Select the tracking link in the message.
  3. Review the latest shipment updates directly on the carrier's website.

If you cannot find the tracking email

Check the inbox and spam or junk folder for the email address used at checkout. If a shipping confirmation has not been sent yet, your order may still be within our processing period of 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Estimated U.S. delivery

Our estimated total delivery time is 4–9 business days from the order date, including processing and transit. Transit is estimated at 3–7 business days, Monday through Friday. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.
