Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email contact@medleyfashion.com with your order number. We will send the return instructions. Do not send an item back before receiving those instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact contact@medleyfashion.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will issue a refund for the affected item to your original payment method within 10 days after receiving your order number and clear photos. You do not need to ship the item back.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.
